"I know this says it’ll remove the most stubborn of makeup, but it really didn’t work that well for my waterproof eyeliner and mascara. It did do a good job with everything else and left my skin not feeling tight or overly sensitive like I’ve felt with other makeup removers."

I do not like the packaging on this product. it's huge for the amount of product in the container, what a waste of plastic and space on my counter! "For the price, this is actually a pretty good product. The packaging is a little… questionable 😂 but I guess that’s the aesthetic the marketing team decided to go with. The cleanser feels like butter and works great as a first cleanse. I also appreciate the instructions telling me to do a second cleanse because apparently one round of washing my face isn’t enough to undo my life choices. I probably wouldn’t buy it again, but I definitely don’t regret buying it. It gets the job done, feels nice, and the smell is a bonus for me. Overall, not life-changing, but definitely not a regret purchase either."

"It’s quite effective than makeup wipes for sure. It’s smooth and buttery I like this method more than using a bunch of makeup wipes. Maybe the only reason id use makeup wipes would be around the eye area but other than the melting balm does wonders."

"i heard so many people say this balm is perfect for sensitive skin and eyes. unfortunately it smells so strong of play doh and burned my eyes (the product did not get in my eyes, just near them). i will say it took my makeup off well. i hope i just got a bad batch but i will be returning :("
"It’s very effective and works well but my skin is combination and oily and acne prone and it was slightly oily feeling and it’s very good but the texture is what throws me off. Love byoma always!!"

The scent is light, doesn’t linger or irritate my skin. It lathers very well and rinse off equally well. One of my favorite balms, and I tried a lot from high end to K beauty products.
