"I love the lip oil itself but I’ve bought two and they both broke before getting to try it. The applicator always breaks off. One of them the applicator broke off into the tube so it is completely done for. I am able to use the other if I get lip oil all over my fingers and attach the applicator back to the top."
"The product is really good and is one of my staples in my routine! BUT and it’s a huge BUT the biggest issue is the applicator, it comes off so easily and I understand it’s supposed to be hard to come out for a reason but the first one I got broke, I had to get a new one, broke, and now I have my third one and I’m scared every time I open it that it’ll break this issue HAS to be addressed the product costs too much for it to be breaking like it’s a cheap dollar store product when it’s not. The actual formula works wonders on my lips but this issue needs to be fixed. Could be an easy 5 stars if this was resolved."

"I absolutely love this lip oil. I love the smell and how it feels on my lips. Unfortunately, I will not buy it again unless they change the packaging. The product leaks out nonstop. It leaked out into my purse, ruining the lining. I kept it in my drawer at work, with the wand end upright, but it still managed to ooze out, leaving a sticky residue. PLEASE fix the applicator!!!"
