Great Product, Issues w/ Product Damaging

"The product is really good and is one of my staples in my routine! BUT and it’s a huge BUT the biggest issue is the applicator, it comes off so easily and I understand it’s supposed to be hard to come out for a reason but the first one I got broke, I had to get a new one, broke, and now I have my third one and I’m scared every time I open it that it’ll break this issue HAS to be addressed the product costs too much for it to be breaking like it’s a cheap dollar store product when it’s not. The actual formula works wonders on my lips but this issue needs to be fixed. Could be an easy 5 stars if this was resolved."

"I absolutely love this lip oil and it may have converted me to lip oils as a part of my daily routine. But the applicator is AWFUL and comes off the stick every. single. time. Please fix this issue, I would give 5 stars easy if the packaging was better!"

"DO NOT BUY unless you want everything you own to be sticky and pink stained. I love this lip oil but this is the last time I’m buying until they listen to their customers AND FIX THE LEAKING ISSUE. I bought this likeb3 years ago, loved, but it spilled and I was hoping 3 years later they should have fixed it but looks like they haven’t. Corporate greed ruining a product once again."

PLEASE fix the applicator!!!

"I absolutely love this lip oil. I love the smell and how it feels on my lips. Unfortunately, I will not buy it again unless they change the packaging. The product leaks out nonstop. It leaked out into my purse, ruining the lining. I kept it in my drawer at work, with the wand end upright, but it still managed to ooze out, leaving a sticky residue. PLEASE fix the applicator!!!"
