"This is the Third milky toner I try and HOLY COW this is amazing, starting for the fact that is an actual milky texture not just like watery and with just a few drops you are good to go, my skin had reacted bad to the other ones, it caused sensitivity but this one is the best, doesn’t itch the skin absorbs it perfectly and it actually moisturizes you instead of just feeling like water dried in the surface"
