"The product itself is amazing. I have skin issues & this product is great for keeping on top of it all. HOWEVER I should not have to chose between wasting half the bottle coz it's stuck in the bottom or getting out my hacksaw. This is both economically & environmentally unsound. I wont buy again unless it's repackaged in an easy access tub."
Great lotion for sensitive skin but the container a problem.
"Byoma body lotion is very good for even very sensitive skin, prone to eczema and allergic reactions. I now use it liberally. It’s a bit different to other things I’ve used in past, it absorbs differently, almost feels less moisturized, but I’ve now adjusted, use all over, and skin is healthy, protected and not irritated. Really glad to have found it, since another brand I used for 15 years beginning with Av has recently changed its formulas which now irritates my skin. The only problem, hence the 4 stars not 5, which I see others have also noted - is the packaging - it’s a good looking design, but you cannot get to the last sixth or eighth of the lotion, the pump cannot get to it. So either you waste a lot at the end, or try to cut through the hard plastic. I have done this twice so far, I don’t recommend as it’s difficult and not safe to do, but it was the only way to get to the lotion at the bottom of the container, I can’t afford to waste this much and neither can the environment. I used a scalpel the first time, then a bread knife and scalpel the second time, wearing oven gloves to protect hand. Not ideal! I hope Byoma managers and designers can make some changes to the packaging, I hope to continue using the body lotion and have started to try other Byoma products. Thanks Byoma."
Lovely feel and very hydrating
"I really like this body moisturiser. I have very dry skin and this goes on lovely without being too thick. The only downfall is the slightly odd smell. It’s not exactly unpleasant but it also isn’t exactly pleasant, but I don’t mind as I understand this is likely to do with it having no nasties in it!"
No more scaley shins.
"I have very sensitive skin and I have to be careful what I put on it. My shins are always extra dry and scaley this fantastic body lotion fixed that within a couple of days. My legs look and feel amazing. I also needed to contact Byoma and the customer service was fast, informative and very helpful. I would recommend this product 100%"
Hmmm, disappointing
"I love and use Byoma face products so was excited to see Body lotion. However, I don’t really like it. The texture and the scent are both slightly off putting for me, it’s quite greasy. Also I’m so, so disappointed in the packaging as I really love their packaging usually but this isn’t at all like the face care cream pumps. This you twist the top, it pops up high and looks ridiculous. It also spins a little left and right as you use it. The spout clogs easily also if you don’t use it for a few days so then it’s shoots out to land anywhere but in your hand when you go to use it. Over all annoying. So, it’s not terrible but disappointing and I won’t be ordering again. Face care is amazing tho!"
Good lotion, totally wrong packaging
"It’s a great lotion but either the lotion is way too thick or the pump isn’t right—it’s so difficult to get any out, even with the brand new bottle I just opened. I had to throw my last bottle away with lots left. Please fix this!"
Great moisturiser but please change the packaging
"The moisturiser itself is amazing but please please change the packaging! The pump stops pulling the moisturiser through when it's still about a quarter full. I've removed the lid but because the moisturiser is quite thick it doesn't come out. The only way around it is to saw the bottle in half and scoop it out by hand."
