Please note, although we aim to follow our usual guaranteed 2-5 business day delivery timeframe, please be aware that this is both ours, and the couriers busiest time of year which can unfortunately lead to unexpected delays. If 5 business days has passed and you still do not have your order, please contact our customer service team at orders@byoma.com.
Our last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery is the 18th of December. All orders placed beyond this date could be subject to extended delivery timeframe of up to 7 business days.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, along with your tracking details from DPD.
All orders are shipped with standard delivery with DPD. Orders can be expected to be received within 2-5 business days from point of purchase unless delays are otherwise advised.
