Great lotion! Terrible packaging = wasted product

"I’m on my second bottle of Byoma lotion and love how creamy and moisturizing it is. My major complaint is the bottle and specifically the pump. Halfway through, the pump stops working (probably too short for bottle). Due to thickness of the product, it takes a lot of finagling, banging, and determination to get the rest out. Even then, so much is left that it’s no longer a valuable investment. Will not buy again for this reason."
